About the Opportunity: FedTec is looking for a highly motivated candidate to support the Social Security Administration as an IT Specialist.
Position: IT Specialist Work Location: Baltimore MD Client: Social Security Administration (SSA) Certifications: Verifiable Security Primary Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone email on ServiceNow ticket system. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Walk the customer through the problemsolving process. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Provide accurate information on IT products or services such Microsoft laptops and personnel computers. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs Followup and update customer status and information Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate GOV team member. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. Video productions support (video clips video editing YouTube video content development) Experience with adobe premiere applications is a plus. Windows 2022 MS Office support skills Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Excellent communication and user relationship skills along with the ability to multitask in a sometimeshectic environment. Must demonstrate a proven ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with all levels SSA staff and management.
