Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computers, servers, telephone, and security systems.• Perform maintenance duties on all computer, phone, and security systems.• Provide professional level planning, reporting, and analysis to support organizational goals and objectives.• Troubleshoot technical support problems related to the facility's technology systems.• Deal with diverse and stress-related situations in a calm manner.• Ensure high degree of accuracy in work.• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and guest relation skills.• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.• Perform preventative maintenance on computers, servers, telephone systems, and security systems.• Complete other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, or completion of two years college coursework in computer science, information technology, or related field.• Minimum three (3) years experience working in the computer field.• Knowledge of current computer hardware, software, and programming skills.• Ability to troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, telephone systems, and other IT systems.• Competency in Computers & Servers, Telephone System, Security System, and Preventative Maintenance.• Visual acuity and ability to lift twenty (20) pounds.• Ability to deal with diverse and stress-related situations in a calm manner.• Effective oral and written communication and guest relation skills.• Good organizational and computer technical skills.• Ability to set priorities.
