We are seeking a friendly and personable IT Support Specialist II who will provide advanced technical support to office and field staff for hardware, software, and application issues. This individual will troubleshoot complex problems escalated from Tier 1, assist users with device setup, training and management. What you'll be doing: Answer phone calls for IT support Support and maintain company IT systems, desktops, laptops, tablets, and additional company peripherals Provide accurate, timely, and friendly support to end-users remotely and in-person Maintain physical inventory of IT equipment through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis Escalate tickets to Level 3 specialists for resolution whenever necessary Provide backup and coverage for Level 1 specialists Facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and equipment setup Other duties as assigned. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change What you need to have: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in a Help Desk or similar IT support role Working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Networking, MS Office 365, G Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari Possession of a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and
applicable car insurance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Salary $23.00 - $29.00 an hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
