Application and end user services are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database services.Mainframe Computing (MC) is looking for an IT Risk Officer for the MC Risk Management team.The MC Risk Officer will have global responsibilities working across a wide set of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of IT risk management including SOX, internal and external audit exams, IT policy assessment, IT entitlement reviews, Business Continuity Planning, IT operational risk, and vendor risk assessment activities. He or she will also have communication responsibilities including coordination and creation of client and management presentations.The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of IT risk management including the following:•    Represent Mainframe Computing and act as a single point of contact with the firm-wide risk and control group, audit, legal and regulators•    Liaise with Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Central Risk Team and Hygiene Program to ensure MC's successfully delivery against firmwide requests and programs•    Lead, prepare and coordinate internal Audits•    Coordinate risk-related assessments and certifications such as: SOX, SOC1 &2, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Technology Control Assessment (TCA), and Regulatory exams•    Develop and maintain risk management governance and processes•    Produce various metrics and risk reporting; perform analysis•    Develop business requirements documents, use and test cases and training materials to support the risk agenda deliverables and exams•    Deliver presentations on various Risk topics•    Conduct weekly and monthly Risk reviews•    Business Continuity Planning and tracking/reporting•    Provide oversight, guidance and coordination where applicable for Risk remediation projects (Open Pages)Morgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
