Ensure compliance with online sourcing, staffing, and hiring regulations. Source quality candidates within specified time frames and manage a candidate pipeline. Execute online candidate search campaigns using various internet search engines. Review, evaluate, and conduct candidate phone screening. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand positions and ensure partnership in the recruiting process. Consult with hiring managers for future staffing needs. Manage and utilize the ATS for a continuous qualified candidate pool. Respond to inquiries, assist applicants, and provide feedback. Interview and evaluate candidates via phone and in-person interviews. Implement creative search/marketing strategies for pipelining active and passive candidates. Advise on staffing policies, procedures, pre-employment, and onboarding. Compose and extend formal offer letters and handle documentation. Participate in special HR projects and training initiatives. Proctor assessments. Assist with college and trade school recruiting initiatives. Skills Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements, EEO, ADAAA, and employment laws. Hands-on recruiting and sourcing experience. Familiarity with IT, technical, and engineering recruitment, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives. Ability to influence hiring managers, exercise independent judgment, and gather information. Strong customer service skills with the ability to positively and readily adapt to change in the work environment. Ability to multi-task and take on multiple requisitions. Excellent time management skills. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills. Good communication skills. Experience Minimum of three years of Talent Acquisition experience. Strong IT and Technical recruiting and sourcing experience. Workforce planning experience is desired. Experience with Cornerstone ATS is desirable. Utility experience is a plus. Education
AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (required within one year of hire).
Certified Technical Recruiter, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, Certified Military Veteran Recruiter, or Certified Internet Recruiter.
Education Required: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
