Ashley Global Retail, LLC has multiple openings for IT Project Manager in Charlotte, NC.
Manage information technology project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Create long- and short-term plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods. Perform Software Delivery through Agile Methodologies using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed. Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Develop implementation plans that include analysis such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects and develop response strategies. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects. Establish and execute a project communication plan. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
Job Requirements
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and five years of project management experience.
Must be Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, ScrumStudy, or other professional certifying organization.
Also, Must Have Experience In
SAFe Agilist 4.0 or previous versions;
Using project management methodologies including Agile or Scrum;
Communicating technical solutions to non-technical team members and providing constructive feedback to other team members;
5 years of experience utilizing Project Management Software including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite Professional, and either: Atlassian JIRA or Microsoft Azure DevOps;
Facilitating as SCRUM MASTER for a minimum of 2 or more teams, with 6-10 team members each simultaneously; and
Working in an environment supporting large enterprise systems requiring collaboration with 3 or more dependent teams that require coordination on a sprint cadence.
