Job Description:
The role of IT Project Manager plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects/programs from initiation to delivery. The position is responsible for the execution of projects/programs that require technical changeswithincompanypriorities.This position works closely with stakeholders to define and manage the scope,business and technicalrequirements and key deliverables/milestonesforbusiness andtechnical initiatives. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects of Information Technology project management, project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, change management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management
Collaborates with Business partners to ensure that project deliverables are prioritized and in alignment with business objectives, on time and within budget
Collaborates with Agile Teams to identify dependencies and sequence features across impacted delivery teams
Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, changes, and action items, and works with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis
Builds productive internal/external working relationships
Assists with the continuous improvement of project management and service delivery best practices, processes, and tools
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in specific area
Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
Demonstrates wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise

Competencies (Skills & Abilities)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, development lifecycle within Agile framework
Excellent communication, presentation, active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and vendor partners, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve desired results
Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation skills, facilitation skills
