The IT Operations Engineer will play a crucial role in managing change, resolving incidents, monitoring performance, disaster recovery planning, and leveraging ServiceNow to enhance operational efficiency. The role will work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and assist in optimizing operational processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Change Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, evaluate, and implement changes to operational processes.
Ensure that change initiatives are executed seamlessly, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing efficiency.
Utilize ServiceNow for change tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Incident Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for incident reporting, resolution.
Investigate and analyze incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Work closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution, minimizing impact on operations.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems to track key operational metrics.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Implement proactive measures to address potential performance issues before they impact business operations.

ServiceNow Management: Leverage ServiceNow platform to streamline and automate operational workflows.
Maintain and optimize ServiceNow configurations for incident management, change management, and performance monitoring.
Assist in providing training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Disaster Recovery: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of a disaster.
Create and maintain disaster recovery procedures and documentation in coordination with the Business continuity team(s).
EDUCATION: General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of related experience
CERTIFICATION(S): Certification in ServiceNow Administration preferred
SKILLS: Proven experience in change management, incident resolution, disaster recovery planning & execution, and performance monitoring
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

Ability to sit for extended time periods
Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
