Responsibilities
• Manage the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives• Ensure effective utilization of team members• Provide leadership to define, analyze, and deliver quality solutions• Build trust to influence others and prioritize tasks• Identify and resolve roadblocks, provide project timelines and oversight• Work across multiple teams to deliver innovative solutions• Define goals, objectives, processes, and resources for Data Services• Develop and grow a team-oriented environment
Requirements
• Must currently reside in one of the specified states• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship• Three to five years of related IT experience• Prior experience managing application development teams• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field• Preferred: Experience with reporting platforms and data warehouse concepts• Preferred: Experience working in AWS environment• Preferred: Experience with enterprise ITSM and work queue management• Competencies: Forward Thinking, Managing and Developing, Working with a Team, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Persuading and Influencing, Resilience, Creativity
