It Instructor - Remote

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer with a passion for education to join our dynamic IT training department. This position offers the opportunity to share your expertise in data engineering and software development with eager learners, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Role Details:
Employment Type: W2 or individual contracts only (No C2C)
Location: 100% Remote
Work Hours: Part-Time, contributing approximately 10-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging lectures on data engineering and programming topics.
Administer written and practical assessments, exams, and compile conference reports.
Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and lab activities.
Provide timely and comprehensive responses to student inquiries during class sessions.
Offer constructive feedback on curriculum to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within the IT industry in the United States.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to students.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience with cloud-based Big Data and Software Engineering technologies.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities, particularly in lab-based instruction.
In-depth knowledge of content materials, including theoretical principles and certification requirements.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
