POSITION DESCRIPTION : Reporting to the CIO, the Infrastructure Administrator will lean into their blended support desk and IT administration experience, working closely with the Sr. Network Administrator to ensure the reliable operations of Solve's IT infrastructure. In this multi-faceted role, the Infrastructure Administrator will exercise their multi-tasking and critical-thinking skills, toggling between assisting the IT Team in managing the standardization, health, performance, and security of our company's IT infrastructure, while also collaborating with our third-party vendors to design, implement, and support various aspects of our systems. The ideal candidate will utilize their excellent problem-solving and communication skills to provide updates on complex technical issues to non-technical users, in a manner that is palatable to them. RESPONSIBILITIES : Participate in IT support activities for all Solve end-users, systems, security, and administration of our IT infrastructure Manage vendor relationships and collaborate to facilitate various tasks within the environment Participate in the assessment, planning, and integration efforts for newly acquired companies into the Solve brand ecosystem Assist with IT security posture and compliance via industry standard controls to verify Solve policy adherence & enforcement Participate in occasional after-hours (night/weekend) work sessions to perform regular maintenance, patching, or system installations/upgrades as required Collaborate and educate other team members to foster and encourage an environment of positivity around skill improvement and knowledge sharing QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, CS, or related field or 3+ years work experience and related industry or vendor certifications 3+ years of experience in a systems administration role 3+ years of Microsoft Cloud support experience (Azure, 365, etc.)3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2019/2022) Strong identity management experience (Active Directory, MS Entra) Workstation & mobile device management experience (Intune or equivalent MDM) Familiarity with core network concepts (IP addressing/subnetting, VLAN's, DHCP/DNS, etc.) Ability to travel up to 25% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Experience configuring & supporting Fortinet or equivalent enterprise firewall products Previous experience with SMB/enterprise network switching and wireless (Ubiquiti) Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, Fortinet, CompTIA, etc.) Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience OUR EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION : Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave and paid time off Work in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates Solve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
