Responsibilities
• Provide professional support to users and internal stakeholders• Coordinate setup of computing resources and software installation• Respond timely to user requests and adhere to operating procedures• Maintain smooth operation of computer systems for desktops and servers• Monitor and manage system resources for efficiency• Perform system security administration tasks• Maintain system documentation and tune performance• Other duties may include mass storage allocation• Troubleshoot computer workstations and basic networking issues• Support varied Microsoft network environments
Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen• Must acquire and maintain a security clearance• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3 years of experience required• Knowledge of Windows, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows Domain architecture, IT Security, Routers and Firewalls, LAN technologies• Linux experience is a plus• Ability to troubleshoot computer workstations and servers in small/medium business environments• Understanding of CMMC guidelines preferred
