Responsibilities
• Assess and redefine procedures and standards• Work with stakeholders to enhance understanding of agency systems• Coordinate program goals, requirements, and innovation projects• Provide recommendations for improvements in IT systems• Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation• Define system upgrades or replacements• Support operation and maintenance of complex IT systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field• 5+ years of experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance• Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, and analysis• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL• Experience with Agile Methodology• Experience with Data Analytics tools (e.g., ADVANA)• Experience with UNIX OS, Java, SFTO, and APEX
