With an established track-record of leading ITprojectselsewhere, you will marry the confidence of your experience with a willingness to learn new skills in contributing to our mission to reinvent cloud security from the inside out.WHAT YOU'LL DOParticipate in day-to-day service desk tasks such as handling tier 2 escalations, producing internal documentation, and supporting the team on-call rotationServe as an expert advisor to end users and stakeholder teams in resolving issues and implementing both processes and technical solutionsDesign, build, and iterate on every detail of corporate IT programs such as application administration, identity and access management, and endpoint managementIn collaboration with project managers and IT leadership, plan and report on work related to hardware and software design and implementation projectsEngage in all facets of the project management lifecycle from initiation to closeoutIntegrate various SaaS products using both vendor-provided features and through development of custom toolingContribute to the crafting of team policies and procedures with a focus on our emergent federal business unitWHAT YOU'LL BRING6+ years of experience in similar roles, including time as a senior member on an IT teamSignificant depth of experience across a broad range of technologies including mobile device management, cloud service providers, identity providers, and Software-as-a-Service broadly when managed at scaleManaged all facets of productivity suites, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and collaboration tools, Zoom and Slack.Experience implementing security controls on endpoint devices using various tools such as Jamf and Microsoft DefenderFluency in network topologies and technologies as well as cloud infrastructureMotivation to teach as well as learn and to speak up as opportunities to improve this young and fast moving team ariseAbility to manage multiple tasks of varying scopes simultaneously and pivot when necessaryFamiliarity with activities such as control design and evidence collection for compliance programs such as SOX and FedRAMPPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with analytics, monitoring, and dashboard toolsProfessional experience using high-level languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to expedite and automate IT administrationDemonstrable, strong interest in security and cloud technologiesFluency in operating within highly regulated environments#LI-Remote
