Responsibilities
• Provides IT assistance primarily over the phone• Serves as the front line of support for business applications• Escalates IT inquiries supporting employees, contractors, and clients• Assists in analyzing and resolving incidents within agreed time frames• Collaborates with end-users and IT teams• Delivers excellent customer service experience• Adheres to defined service desk processes and procedures• Deploys software using automated tools• Resolves complex issues collaboratively• Communicates and assists non-technical audiences with software and systems
Requirements
• 1+ years of recent technical support experience, desktop support experience, call center phone support experience, or in-person customer service• High school diploma or GED
Key Skills Needed
• Reliable and punctual attendance• 30+ WPM typing speed• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of CVS supported products and procedures• Ability to quickly learn new applications and procedures• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations• Positive and professional demeanor
