We are currently seeking a IT Associate Director to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Collaborate with Senior Leaders, Operations and Finance teams to support achievement of financial targets. Assess progress against financial plan, propose mitigation options for key financial risks.
Supports Network Services leadership team with cost optimization initiatives, financial analysis, and vendor spend management to achieve their revenue and operating profit targets. Continuous coordination with Finance on budgets, rolling forecasting, actuals tracking and variances, accruals for expected costs. Prepare and analyze Capex plan based on detailed asset requirements and coordinate with Finance to ensure they are captured in budget. Review financial performance scorecards to measure financial health of ICS Network organization. Provide financial guidance to leadership teams of the Network Services Organization in decision making and advise on areas of improvement to achieve financial targets. Discuss business operation demand forecast, ramp ups/downs. Review the business sales growth or declines and accordingly advise on steps to manage resources and vendor spend in line with business estimates. Discuss financial performance reviews of each Network sub-area and RAM services leaders. Advice on problems and steps for financial improvements. Coordinate with Procurement to obtain vendor proposals for different services and analyze/compare the options and make recommendation to mgmt. Review & analyze resource (FTE) utilization across the Network dept and identify issues to mgmt. Manage Financial Control and Review of RAM network services : Setup & maintain pricing of RAM Network services/models , as these services prices are used for new business deals costing and internal charging to various verticals. It is very critical function impacting sales and market competitiveness. It requires complex cost modelling for ascertaining the cost of each service and volume. Cost spend is in multi million dollars spanning over different internal departments, multiple vendors, different countries and geographic locations, different products, and software licenses. A wrong price could impact NTT DATA deal winning capability or have significant cost impacts. This role works with leaders, different internal departments, utilize data from internal systems/tools to identify different components of the services, ascertain the cost of each component and based on units demand forecast for service calculate a price per unit. Periodically review the RAM cost model with service/tower owner to make updates to cost allocations & volume projections. Manage RAM Billing, continuous monitoring of RAM recovery and cost control : As RAM services have significant cost exposure it requires continuous monitoring of actuals and comparison to budgets to keep in line with modelled price. This role performs reviews of RAM Billing, RAM recovery and cost. Lead and manage this team and analyze data from internal tools. Periodic reviews of RAM service performance with leaders and work towards corrective actions to keep services in line with budget. Drive initiatives towards cost reductions, optimization, and cost recovery of services : Periodically reviews cost components of each service with leaders to identify potential areas of reducing costs. Discuss options of switching vendors, and reducing licensing cost and resources based on usage to optimize costs. Coordinate and manage capital expenditure and asset refresh; Provide the financial analysis on all asset upgrades. Review the cost impact of asset refresh and upgrades (incl maintenance), cost of implementation, total cost of ownership for these upgrades. Manage and coordinate all cost optimization projects. Review and compare vendor proposals to select the best option.
