Reporting to the Head of IT,our ideal candidateis reliable andquick ontheirfeet.Working with folks across the globe, ourgrowingITteamis responsiblefora diverse portfolio of hardware and software products used by all Wizards.WHAT YOU'LL DOAnalyze and report on SaaS application usage patterns across the organization to identify optimization opportunities.Partner with stakeholders to understand their SaaS needs and challenges, aligning technology use with business objectives.Collaborate with the Procurement team to streamline the procurement process, ensuring alignment with usage data and organizational needs.Identify SaaS consolidation opportunities, reduce redundancy, and promote efficient tool usage.Plan and manage SaaS growth, ensuring scalability and adaptability to changing business needs.Assist in SaaS contract management to secure favorable terms and support growth and consolidation strategies.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to dive into application usage and gather feedback for improvements.Use data analytics for actionable insights and recommendations on SaaS portfolio management, including procurement and renewal decisions. WHAT YOU'LL BRING4+ years of experience as a generalist in IT with familiarity with most major SaaS tools.Experience analyzing SaaS application usage across past companies. Must havea deep understanding of Okta and how it works across all SaaS applications.Project management experience in addition to the proven ability to stay organized and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Strong background in creating documentation for internal and external IT teams.Ability to speak confidently with different stakeholders throughout the company.Competence in following and maintaining SOPs related to compliance programs such as SOX and FedRAMP.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Professional experience with SaaS management tools like Torii, Productiv, and Zylo Demonstrable, strong interest in security and cloud technologies #LI-Remote
