Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex software and hardware issues• Assist with management and coordination of application system specifications• Maintain and update department servers and industrial control system applications• Learn various programming protocols and languages• Provide daily support for iPhones and iPads• Manage and track industrial control embedded and specialized devices connected to the UF network
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent• Two years of relevant experience• Knowledge of Windows Server operating system administration• Experience in automation/scripting with PowerShell• Experience in OS image creation and deployment• Experience with virtualization technologies• Experience with database management software/systems• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments• Ability to communicate technical information to non-IT staff• Ability to work effectively with IT Manager and staff
