Responsibilities Include: Maintaining and optimizing multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring seamless integration and performance for about 300 users Utilizing and support SharePoint, Outlook, Entra, Purview, and other Microsoft applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Assisting in managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure for a secure and efficient environment Managing and maintaining hardware, including laptops and peripheral devices, ensuring they are operational and up-to-date Servicing IT support tickets to address technical issues and support the company's day-to-day operations effectively Exhibiting strong communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and users effectively Demonstrating the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, adapting to changing environments and requirements Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or at least 2 years of real-world experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Purview, Entra, etc.), Windows and MacOS knowledge, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical personnel Experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance Desired: Network+ or Security+ certifications Experience with Azure, PowerShell scripting, Python, and JavaScript Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be split between onsite and remote work Onsite location is FedWriters HQ in Fairfax, VA How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
