Job summary
Canopy Mental Health & Consulting (MHC) and Canopy Roots are seeking an IT Administrative Specialist in Minneapolis, MN.This role serves as the main point of contact for IT vendors and includes additional administrative duties.The position reports to the Operations Manager and offers high flexibility in work location and hours.

Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.• Assist with user login, password resets, and access issues.• Collaborate with department heads to assess software needs and recommend solutions.• Educate employees on data security best practices.• Order and manage tech equipment, including installation and maintenance.• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.• Support remote access and VPN solutions for remote employees.• Manage software licenses, installations, and updates.• Facilitate strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers.• Complete IT compliance training and perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma required, associate's degree or higher preferred.• 2+ years of IT and administrative support experience.• Thorough understanding of current computer systems technology and software.• Effective communication and assistance skills.• Ability to work independently on routine tasks and assignments.
