WHAT YOULL DO
Summit Point is currently seeking an ISO Administrator to join our team. The administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the facilitys ISO quality management system (QMS). This role ensures that all processes meet the required standards and regulations, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: ISO Implementation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 (and other relevant ISO standards) quality management systems. Ensure all processes and procedures comply with ISO standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and suggest improvements. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records. Ensure all documentation is accessible and accurately reflects current practices. Internal Audits and Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Identify non-conformities and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Prepare for external audits and liaise with external auditors. Training and Development: Train staff on ISO standards, procedures, and the importance of quality management. Develop training materials and conduct regular training sessions. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to implement changes. Track and analyze quality performance data and report findings to management. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to the quality management system. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans. Monitor the effectiveness of risk management activities. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant ISO standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background Check and drug screen. Must have a valid Drivers License.
