The IS Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems within a designated region.This role involves working closely with various departments and stakeholders to provide technical expertise, guidance, and support for IS initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives for information systems projects.• Assist in the design, modification, and implementation of IS solutions to support regional operational needs and strategic initiatives.• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules for IS projects within the region.• Provide technical expertise and guidance to regional teams on the selection, customization, and deployment of software and hardware solutions.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to information systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to regional operations.• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate regional teams on the use and functionality of various information systems.• Collaborate with other IS teams and vendors to ensure the consistency and integration of regional systems with enterprise-wide solutions.• Monitor and assess the performance, security, and scalability of regional information systems, proposing improvements and enhancements as needed.• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve regional IS processes and structures.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles for regional IS systems and processes.
Requirements
• 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience necessary• Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.• Proven experience in information systems analysis, design, implementation, and support.• Strong understanding of regional business processes and requirements.• Proficient in software development, programming languages, and relational databases.
