Our company is currently seeking an Invoicing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Send invoices on a daily and weekly basis to customers
Review rates and account status with office manager and owner when needed
Send out statements and open invoice statuses when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to utilize various billing software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must be able to communicate in person with co-workers and on the phone and in writing with customers
Full time (40 hours over 5 days)
