While experience in residential real estate is certainly a plus, it is not a prerequisite. Similar to traditional real estate agents, our agents operate as independent contractors, working on a 100% commission basis. Unlike traditional realtors who may wait months to close their first transaction, our agents can complete a transaction within their first month and should expect to do 25-30 or more transactions in their first year.
