What You'll Do
We're looking for an Investment Operations Lead Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll dive into procedures, analyses, and reporting to support various internal departments. From answering investment inquiries to tackling complex issues independently, you'll be at the forefront of driving projects and contributing to our success!
Key Responsibilities:
Execute transactions, resolve issues with recordkeeping, accounting, and pricing systems.
Act as a subject matter expert, build new custom investments, ensure compliance, and prepare for trading and reconciliation.
Identify and resolve issues with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks, and compliance breaches.
Interface with internal/external stakeholders, provide guidance, and participate in training.
Demonstrate expertise in technical functions, problem-solving, and communication.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent.
3+ years of experience in investment/mutual fund operations.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to attend to day-to-day details while maintaining a strategic, analytical focus on the big picture.
Detailed oriented, and have strong abilities in the areas of problem solving, planning, time management, decision making, consulting, negotiation, mentoring and project management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships, and effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Strong client service orientation, the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven, team-based environment, make effective, high impact decisions. Oversee projects, and produce accurate and timely information independently and drive results.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:
Degree in accounting, finance, economics or business preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial services / investment products and services preferred.
SQL/SAS background preferred.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$86450 - $123000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements in our Des Moines, IA and Charlotte, NC office locations. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
