About you: You are an independent self-starter. You are naturally friendly, with a knack for connecting with others. You enjoy working with your hands. You like to stay busy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You acknowledge your mistakes and learn from them. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and stocking micro-market and water/coffee stations at Trolley's main office and for providing merchandising, cleaning, and minor repair service to various client sites in the greater Richmond area.
What you will be doing: Clean and maintain micro-market area including wiping down coolers and dusting snack racks Stock product in the micro-market and pull any expired or damaged products; forward face and tidy products Perform weekly inventory of micro-market products Assist customers with signing up for Market Cards, using kiosks, and any other assistance that is needed Perform minor fixes on micro-market and water/coffee machines or call the service technician, as needed What you bring to the table: 1-2 years customer service experience Inventory and merchandising experience preferred Physical stamina to work long hours on feet Able to routinely lift 25lbs (and occasionally up to 50lbs) of product Experience troubleshooting minor mechanical issues on small appliances a plus The good part! $19-$22/hr Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans available after 60 days 401(k) retirement plan and company match after 1 year of employment Voluntary supplemental insurance plans available Free lunch provided daily in the breakroom Discounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services, Parterre restaurant, and vending items in our warehouse
