Here's what you'd do: Responsible for creating and tracking equipment shipments to and from customer sites. Supports client program-related RMA returns, spare inventories, parts management, and audits, general shipping for the team. Generates a variety of standard reports. Manage quarterly spares audits within defined schedules. Support / manage local shipping needs for various program needs. Coordinate/organize/track shipping and receiving within the program. Ship equipment utilizing the client software to support customer requirements. Within parameters, determines routing and arrangements for shipments, considering such factors as the nature of items being shipped, method of handling, size, urgency, and cost. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped and tracks shipments. Receives incoming materials, and unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications. Maintains records of received goods, and processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. Perform wood shop functions such as operating power saws and nail guns in building skids and crates. Developing support for individual contributors. Works under general supervision. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Less detailed instructions are provided and moderate peer review is needed. Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $21.00 / hr.
