Inventory management and Customer Care Specialist Location Bethesda, MD : Full Time - THERA™ WELLNESS SOLUTIONS is a leading provider of wellness technology products and services in North America. We are looking for a team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and loves the challenge of ever- changing market dynamics.
Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker, with a creative mindset and strong communication skills, showing independence and strategic decision-making skills in areas of assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Manage and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and readiness. Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently via phone and email. Process orders through QuickBooks and manage logistics with FedEx shipping. Maintain documentation related to orders, returns, and customer interactions. Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in inventory management, customer service, or related fields. Proficiency with QuickBooks and experience in handling logistics and shipping tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure. Proficient knowledge of email, CRM platforms, and Microsoft suite. Bachelor or equivalent, further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus. Skills: 1. Inventory Management Skills : Ability to organize, maintain, and oversee inventory to ensure that products and supplies are well stocked and accounted for.
2. Proficiency in Software : Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tracking and order processing, and comfort with shipping software like FedEx's systems are crucial.
3. Customer Service Skills : Strong ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively. This includes excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
5. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions, especially in situations involving inventory discrepancies or order challenges.
6. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in entering data and managing information to prevent errors in order records and inventory.
7. Teamwork and Collaboration : Capability to work well with others to achieve business goals, especially in coordinating with other departments like sales and shipping.
8. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, able to adjust quickly to new challenges and changes in procedures.
This is a full time, in-office position in Bethesda, MD.
Salary depends on experience. Paid time off; health insurance; free wellness services
