The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly and annual physical counts, replenishment sourcing and seeking alternative sourcing for supplies when needed. Monitors supply usage in perpetual and expensed locations, adjust par levels, and removes and disposes obsolete or outdated products. This includes all patient care and procedural departments within the organization. Organizes and leads stockroom teams in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjustments quantities and locations and reports discrepancies to leadership.
Education High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred Experience 2 years of inventory experience in healthcare, manufacturing or retail required Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience preferred Experience pulling data from an ERP system to implement into Excel preferred Experience doing a Pivot Table and formula equations within Excel preferred. Experience with any type of visualization tool preferred. Licenses and Certifications DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers required CMRP - Certified Materials Resource Professional preferred • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
