Summary:
Responsible for the physical movement and system transactions of specific inventory in the warehouse.
This is a full-time position, on site, Monday – Friday from 7am – 3:30pm.
Pay Range: $20-$24/hour DOE
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Physically puts away inventory in correct locations and performs inventory transfers in ERP system. Physically picks material, verifies parts numbers/lot numbers/quantities, and performs multiple transactions for "sale" to customers. Repackage material and label. Issues parts in ERP system. Performs data entry to maintain accurate and current inventory records. Responsible for resolving problems related to inventory transactions, part discrepancies and count accuracy. Finds root causes of problems to eliminate reoccurrence. Performs cycle count of existing inventory to verify accuracy of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions:  Warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to stand and walk all day. Use of standard office equipment such as computer, keyboard, telephone, copier and printer. Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. throughout shift. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch or crawl, reach, push/pull and carry with hands or arms throughout shift. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. High energy. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to efficiently multitask. Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory related position. Analytical mind with strong investigative and problem solving skills. Great organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. The highest level of data entry accuracy - required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills. Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently. Flexibility to shift priorities as needed. Ability to respond to requests and inquiries for information in a timely fashion. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Computer literacy and working knowledge of computer applications such as Excel and outlook.
