Position Summary:
As an Inventory Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role within our Operations and Logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate tracking, review, and management of inventory in our ERP System (Netsuite), aligned with our 3PL WMS systems. Collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing, you'll maintain optimal inventory levels and cost efficiencies across our supply chain network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring lot code accuracy
- Develop processes and structures for effective inventory management
- Liaise with 3PL sites to ensure accurate reporting in WMS systems
- Rectify EDI errors in Celigo and identify root causes for correction
- Perform inventory adjustments in Netsuite to ensure accuracy
- Conduct year-end physical counts and quarterly audits
- Analyze and report inventory valuations to stakeholders
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation
- Manage shipments, fulfillments, and receipts
- Conduct demand planning to maintain appropriate inventory levels at each warehouse location

Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of analytics experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Analytics preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of proven Netsuite ERP knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to devise solutions
- Preferred knowledge of warehousing/inventory management and accounting/finance
