Responsibilities
• Supervise subordinate personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation• Conduct program performance/operations audits and assessments• Develop audit work plans and testing procedures• Analyze and evaluate large data sets• Draft written reports of audit results• Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement• Gather documentation and create workpapers• Complete assigned audit tasks in a timely manner• Apply critical thinking skills to provide recommendations• Administer skills tests as part of the interview process
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of auditing experience• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field• Minimum 2 years of employee management experience• Certifications preferred: CIA, CFE, CPA• Experience managing a program preferred• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
