Job Description: Work with corporate organizations and Internal Communications office partnering with various project stakeholders to deliver communications that focus on employee engagement, change management, learning & development and more as we Inspire Excellence. This position is primarily responsible for understanding impacts, communicating changes, owning, driving and being a central point of contact for supporting project teams. This role will focus on the people side of change, including transformation in business processes, systems, and technologies, emphasizing relationship-centered initiatives. We're looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning. This position may be remote anywhere in the US for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities: Mentors will set the specific duties and responsibilities for the day-to-day activities, however, the focus will be supporting the Business Relationship Management Team. Some of the responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Works as a core member of the team and as a planning/tactical resource for work stream activities related to Enterprise Change Initiatives / Communications. Drive adoption and proficiency of organizational changes with targeted marketing and communications. Lead and facilitate meetings with impacted user communities to ensure an understanding of the current company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan. Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions and training. Works with Project Sponsor and leaders, PMO and Communications resources to develop key messaging and prepare for key events/deliverables according to the plan. Support communications needs (i.e. All-hands Meetings, managers meetings) by creating materials, meeting content, coordination of post call content. Drive digital dexterity though supporting IE's Agile Learning Program to support a growth mindset culture. Other duties/projects as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications:
Must be enrolled or graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program and available to work up to 40 hours per week - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Technical Writing, or related field Excellent Communication skills; both written and verbal focusing on the employee experience Strong presentation skills Strong analytical skills Strong strategic consultancy skills and the ability to provide insights and recommendations into change management and related IT projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) Experience with SharePoint Experience with screen capture software, image manipulation, and video editing applications like SnagIt, Camtasia, Adobe and more Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and results driven, demonstrates personal effectiveness: leadership, analytical thinking, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability Must hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher. U.S. Citizenship required.
