We are currently seeking a motivated Intern to work in our Retread Department. This department plays a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact by extending the life of tires through retreading processes.
Responsibilities: Support and assist the technicians at our Continental Retread Solutions Development Center Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization. Conduct time studies Create reports using PowerBI Work on project-based tasks related to our Retreading process Benefits: Hands-on experience with a global tire manufacturer. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, etc.). Strong interest in manufacturing, sustainability, and the automotive industry. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
