MasTec Power Delivery segment is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join its Marketing Department in a creative and critical role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for production work for collateral, including resolution, size and file types, pre-press, and print production. Design visual elements and source images for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media, ads, and other marketing and communication collateral for print and digital channels. Support design projects, collaborating with the marketing team and internal clients from segment companies. Update, organize, maintain, and archive files and perform regular job file backup. Assist with securing, editing, and obtaining safety approved for photography for company marketing materials. Coordinate printing, production, and ordering with vendors. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Proficiency in the Mac OS Proficiency in MS Office software applications, ideally including SharePoint and PowerPoint design Good understanding of design and typography principles and techniques Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask; critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and take direction Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
