Job Title Intern Job Description Summary Industrial summer intern Job Description This position is aimed at providing the candidate with a basic introduction to commercial real estate. The intern will gain a broad understanding of the Cincinnati market and will immerse himself/herself in the day to day operations of a commercial real estate firm. Responsibilities Assisting the Industrial and Research departments. This includes: Maintaining database accuracy/integrity Involvement in the data collection process, including availability/vacancy data, comps and tenant lists Assisting in special projects as assigned.
The intern/co-op will also usually take on one or two ongoing in-depth projects.
