Contract Review: Analyze contract terms and conditions and prepare concise briefs to assist Program Managers and stakeholders in contract administration. Contract Creation: Support the creation of new contracts using our templates for nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), subcontracts, and consulting agreements. Audit and Filing: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract records through meticulous auditing and filing. Education :
Education: High School Degree (current students or recent graduates preferred) Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in ensuring contract accuracy. Critical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Enthusiasm and Proactivity: A genuine interest in learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
