THE ROLE Beinfield Architecture PC seeks an Intermediate Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Our culture is collaborative and creative. We require a motivated candidate with strong communications skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We are searching for a candidate that has exceptional Revit computer skills. Experience producing construction documentation for commercial and multi-family projects a plus. Salary based on qualifications.
EXPERIENCE The right person will be involved in all design phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, with a potential for project management, business development and client presentations. The preferred requirements for this position will include:
Exceptional Revit Skills. B.Arch. or M.Arch. Strong design sensibilities. Fluent in a variety of design programs and software. Familiarity with construction drawing. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
