Our team is full-service, able to deliver the complete architecture, infrastructure and engineering package, and specializes in the markets of education, government and manufacturing. We are looking for passionate problem solvers who are eager to collaborate on projects to improve the built environment and the world we live in.
As an Interior Design Leader, you will manage the interiors team in work coordination, people development, and evaluation. You will support project managers on project assignments, deadlines, and coordinating staff workload. You will interact with clients to understand their needs and develop objectives, which you will address throughout each project as you coordinate with a multidiscipline team comprised of architects and engineers. You will lead clients through the interior design process, sculpting unique spaces that meet their needs using detailed finishes and furnishings. You will strive to realize clients visions, transforming their ideas into design decisions that lead to healthy and supportive spaces. You will also be involved in marketing efforts and interviews to help the firm capture projects, developing standards and processes and working collaboratively with the multidiscipline team.
