As our Interim Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll have the opportunity to: Lead and inspire our nursing teams in the Wichita and surrounding areas to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a supportive and skilled nursing workforce. Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
