Role and Responsibilities The Integration Coordinator will play a key role in managing and facilitating the integration process during acquisitions. Additionally, this position will work closely with the RCM Training Coordinator. The coordinator will design and deliver effective training programs and tools that enhance employee performance and drive organizational success.
Monitor M&A pipeline activity to proactively assess readiness and prepare related project plans specific to RCM. Prior to the closing of acquisitions, participate in due diligence meetings. Manage process by defining clear assignments; developing common formats for their outputs; establishing disciplined timelines; and coordinating meeting schedules, meeting formats, communication mechanisms, and review process. Lead the end-to-end integration process for acquired entities Understanding the target's processes and working with the RowCal Construction & Maintenance team to build out an integration roadmap. Working with accounting/IT/HR/ teams to ensure the integration of key systems / processes: ERP, CRM, AP, AR, Expenses, Payroll Report status of ongoing acquisition integrations and escalate issues as needed Monitor progress against goals and ensure that integration efforts meet and exceed expectations. Anticipate potential schedule or priority delays and initiate plans for alternative actions. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across multiple systems and platforms Guide acquisition-target's personnel as they navigate through the Company organization, and assists them in understanding RowCal's culture, processes, and systems. Qualifications and Education Requirements 5+ years Proven experience in project management and systems integration Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Must have attention to detail and excellent written communication skills Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team Knowledge of onboarding newly acquired companies Benefits: We offer competitive pay with a commission and incentive bonus, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
