Integrated Submarine Imaging Engineering Technician Must have an Active Secret Location: ONSITE Groton, Ct. 06340 The salary range is between $145,000 - $150,000 and is based on experience and technical interview.
Job Description Looking for a Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS) Engineering Technician to add to our team. The ideal candidate will install, monitor, and service equipment and systems at company and client sites. You will perform or coordinate test and evaluation, checkout, and certification tasks of AN/BVY-1 systems. You will also perform validations/verifications of various electronic systems related to the operation of the ISIS System and Photonics Mast Variants (PMV) to include Mast Technical Insertion (MTI) and Low-Profile Photonics Mast (LPPM).
Duties Develop technical/engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), Technical manuals, troubleshooting procedures, drawing updates, operation procedures, and maintainability improvements. Implement Engineering Change Instructions (ECI) Train others in the operation and performance of ISIS and NPES system(s). Direct on-site customer interface for equipment/system installation, testing, survey, fabrication, and other engineering tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, system specifications and test procedures.
