Integrated Experiences Coordinator/Sr. Coordinator, Broadcast

Description Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Specialist who is passionate about producing broadcast experiences for Salesforce. The Integrated Experiences team creates engaging global event-based and virtual broadcasts using standard methodologies from television, music, and entertainment to connect with both in-person and online audiences. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn. Salesforce is an innovative, fast-paced company, and the Integrated Experiences Team reflects that. In this role, you will be supporting the production of our digital events. Job Responsibilities: Production Assistance: Support Broadcast producers in development of content and production plans Assist with pre-production and on-site execution (experiential, scheduling, graphics, call sheets, scripting, logistics) Maintain production timelines for assigned projects Assist with scriptwriting for broadcast content Attend daily meetings to update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production Broadcast production knowledge (pre-production to post-production) On-site event operations / experiential Strong project management, organization, and time management skills Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Scriptwriting skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging and informative scripts For roles in San Francisco and Los Angeles: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
