Responsibilities
• Perform duties associated with conflicts of interest reporting.• Conduct research on corporate business structures.• Review, analyze, and interpret conflicts search results.• Generate conflicts reports.• Assess potential legal and business conflicts.• Conduct new client and anti-money laundering due diligence.• Communicate with partners, staff, and management.• Assist in processing new business requests.• Review and analyze complex conflicts search results.• Coordinate processing and reporting for large and complex search requests.
Requirements
• High school diploma.• 2 years' experience in conflicts or new business intake department; or 3 years' experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, financial, corporate, or ticketing system environment.• Experience writing and communicating in a business environment.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.• Ability to apply critical thinking and be adaptable to changes.• Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and multitask.• Ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with conflicts or new business intake.• Experience working in a law firm environment.• Experience with intake and conflicts software.
