Dental, vision and supplemental benefits for everyone.Supportive, caring management that will have your back!Rewarding career with growth and learning opportunities!Continuing education benefits and discounted coursed through Colorado Christian University and Rasmussen University.As a Intake Coordinator, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:Complete intake screening including obtaining, documenting, and analyzing clinical and payer information.Acting as the contact telephone liaison interfacing with referral sources, outside agencies, health professionals and payer sources.Receives referrals, prepares reports and responses to inquiries.Clearly communicates clinical and payer information verbally and in writing.A few must-haves for Intake Coordinators:Healthcare experience verifying benefits/ eligibility of medical benefits, preferred.Experience obtaining or processing pre-authorizations for medical services and/or procedures.Strong customer service skills.Must have effective prioritization and time management skills and familiar with Medical terminology and referral processing.Perfect candidate is someone that is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) or has a vast understanding of medical Terminology.Why Work for Interim HealthCare?Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation's first home care company and a leading employer of Intake Coordinators.
