Responsibilities
• Coach individual Insurance Sales Agents on the use of the Member Connect Sales Program• Monitor sales calls and provide coaching feedback• Conduct coaching needs assessments and make recommendations• Provide reports/updates to sales management• Analyze business line reports and make recommendations• Identify individual and/or group Sales Agent development needs• Provide Member Connect sales training• Benchmark coaching programs against Company standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered• 5+ years' experience selling Property and Casualty or Life insurance products• 2+ years' experience in a training or mentorship role• Active Property and Casualty License
