Their practice focuses on handling first-party and third-party liability insurance matters with a commitment to providing top-tier legal representation to our clients. I am seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Lawyer with 2-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense law, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Attorneys with a background in plaintiff litigation are encouraged to apply.
Job Requirements of the Insurance Defense Lawyer:
* 2-8 years of experience practicing in any of these areas: personal injury, construction defect, premise liability insurance law, trucking, first-party and third-party liability matters.
* Active practice in handling insurance claims, coverage disputes, and litigation.
* Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Insurance Defense Lawyer:,
* Handle a diverse caseload.
* Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on insurance-related issues.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case developments.
