Responsibilities
• Track new hire insurance training and administer Community Partners program requests.• Data entry into Salesforce for agency request information and Not to Exceed amounts.• Provide Community Partners information and explain request process to Affordable Dentures practices.• Approve requests from agencies and notify within 24 hours.• Coordinate new hire training and provide weekly report on completion status.• Obtain and provide monthly accounts receivable reports.• Attend weekly training and provide recap via email.• Assist with communications and follow-up with payers and practice teams.• Assist with insurance passwords and Dentrix fee changes.• Perform additional duties as assigned.
