Deliverable Activity
Expertise in automation and test bench data processing. Development and support of calibration tools
Deliverable Description
Support dynamometer systems
Development/Modify HMI code as required.
Development/Modify PLC code as required.
Support equipment integration into test cells
Support instrument calibration for test cells, dynamometers, and general feedback devices.
Develop repair and calibration procedures
Create/Modify drawings as needed
Develop electronic circuits as required to interface devices to equipment/test cells
Tuning of control loops and motor drive systems
Provide board level troubleshooting to technicians
Provide technical consultation to customers when interfacing vehicles in a test cell environment
Develop/recommend modifications to improve equipment reliability
