Responsibilities
• Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding instrument rentals, purchases, and other requests for information• Helping to manage our website and social media presence to represent the school to our local community• Helping to organize and store inventory• General administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
• Organized, motivated self-starter• Strong customer service mindset• Demonstrated interest in music, music retail, and music education• Flexible availability preferred• Ability to work 25-35 hours per week
